Conditions for selling your device to LastPrice.
1. Scope of Application
These purchase conditions apply to individuals who offer a smartphone or other device for purchase to LastPrice via our online shop.
2. Device Information
The seller must provide all information required for valuation completely and truthfully.
This includes, in particular, model, storage size, color, technical condition, cosmetic condition, and any existing damage or functional defects.
3. Displayed Purchase Price
An online displayed or initially communicated price is based on the information provided by the seller.
The final purchase price may depend on an inspection of the actual device sent and its condition.
4. Device Inspection
Upon receipt, the device may be inspected for identity, technical condition, cosmetic condition, functionality, and compliance with the information provided.
If the actual condition differs significantly from the information provided, LastPrice may submit an adjusted offer.
5. Ownership and Origin
The seller confirms that they are the owner of the submitted device and are authorized to dispose of it.
In particular, the device must not be stolen, embezzled, financed with conflicting third-party rights, or otherwise encumbered with third-party rights.
6. Device Locks and Accounts
Before shipping, all personal accounts, activation locks, and other device locks must be removed, to the extent necessary for proper inspection and reuse of the device.
7. Data Deletion
The seller is responsible for backing up personal data and – if possible – removing it from the device before shipping.
The seller should perform a complete data backup before shipping.
8. Shipping
The device must be securely packaged for transport.
